Mesothelioma is a form of cancer that caused by exposure to asbestos. In this disease, malignant cells develop in the mesothelium, a protective lining that covers most of the body’s internal organs.Very little exposure can result in mesothelioma.Sometimes people who worked with asbestos for as little as one or two months get mesothelioma.And the worst part is that its latency period can be decades long,and people who got exposed in 1940,60s are now being diagnosed.So it becomes very important for us to know all symptoms and causes of mesothelioma well in advance to keep ourself safe from this dangerous disease.
